MHFAider Community

MHFAider is a community dedicated to supporting Mental Health First Aiders beyond training and accreditation. We offer a platform for individuals to access essential support resources, a knowledge library, and guidance from peers and Mental Health Fitness Coaches.

Our goal is to create a network of mental health first aiders who can assist those in need while enhancing health awareness and resilience within our communities.

We strive to ensure that all workplaces and communities value Mental Health First Aid as highly as Physical First Aid. Just as we seek help for a broken leg and support each other through recovery, we advocate for giving mental health the same level of care and attention.

Our Mission

Our Mission

At MHFAider, we aim to create a nurturing community of mental health first aiders through accessible resources, training, and collaborative opportunities.

Our commitment lies in promoting a culture of understanding and empathy for mental health issues, while encouraging one another to be our best selves and appreciating the positive impact we have in our workplace and community.
